The General Terms and Conditions governing the use of Joss Casino, covering eligibility, account rules, bonus terms, withdrawals, and responsible gaming obligations.

These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Joss Casino platform (“Platform”) operated by Joss Casino (“Company”). By registering an account or accessing the Platform, players confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Eligibility

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older, or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction if that age is higher than 18
  • Are not residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law
  • Are registering and operating a single, personal account in their own name
  • Are not acting on behalf of a third party

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Accounts suspected of being operated by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any real money balance, pending bonuses, or winnings held in a duplicate account may be forfeited at the Company’s sole discretion.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. The Company accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access results from the player’s failure to maintain the security of their username and password.

Deposits and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit is C$20 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed from a minimum of C$50. The Company processes all withdrawal requests within one business day, subject to the following conditions:

  • KYC verification is fully complete on the player’s account
  • The withdrawal amount does not exceed any bonus-related withdrawal cap in place
  • The source of funds is consistent with the player’s declared financial profile
  • No suspicious activity flags are associated with the account

The Company reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for withdrawals above C$5,000 or in cases where transaction patterns indicate unusual activity requiring review.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. The following general conditions apply to all welcome bonus offers:

  • One welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified time period from activation
  • The maximum permitted bet while any bonus is active is C$5 per spin or per round
  • Different game types may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement
  • Bonus winnings above the stated maximum withdrawal cap are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the account

The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer with reasonable advance notice. Where a bonus has already been activated by a player, the wagering terms in effect at the time of activation will be honoured.

Responsible Gaming

The Company is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its platform. Players are encouraged to use the self-management tools available through the account settings section at any time.

Available tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders at configurable intervals, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and applied across all registered devices and active sessions.

Players who self-exclude are removed from all marketing communications for the duration of the exclusion period. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion order by opening a new account is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of any balance held.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform:

  • Use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence agents to interact with the Platform
  • Collusion between players in live dealer game environments or any poker-style game
  • Deliberate exploitation of software errors, display glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
  • Coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts, households, or payment methods
  • Chargeback fraud on deposits or any form of fraudulent financial activity

Where the Company identifies or reasonably suspects any prohibited activity, it reserves the right to void winnings generated during the period of suspected activity, suspend the account pending investigation, and terminate the account permanently with or without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including software, graphics, trademarks, game content, text, and design elements—is the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Players may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written permission.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its operating gaming licence. Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with the support team shall be referred to the applicable regulatory body’s dispute resolution process, the procedures for which are available on the regulator’s official website.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and on-platform notification at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the notification period constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Players who do not wish to accept amended Terms should cease using the Platform and contact support to close their account.
