These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Joss Casino platform. By registering an account or accessing the platform, players confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

Eligibility

Access to the platform is restricted to individuals who:

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage.

Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Any balance held in a duplicate account may be forfeited at the Company’s discretion.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is €20 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed from a minimum of €50. The Company processes all withdrawal requests within one business day, subject to KYC verification being complete, the withdrawal not exceeding any active bonus withdrawal cap, and the source of funds being consistent with the player’s financial profile.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and time limits. General conditions: one welcome bonus per household, IP address, and payment method; maximum bet while bonus is active: €5 per spin or per round.

Responsible Gaming

Prohibited Activities

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company holds its operating gaming licence. Disputes not resolved through direct negotiation shall be referred to the applicable regulatory body’s dispute resolution process.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email and on-platform notification at least seven days before they take effect.
